BBC Reporter Andrew Gilligan Resigns

   LONDON, Jan. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- BBC reporter Andrew Gilligan resigned Friday, becoming the latest victim of the David Kelly affair following the publishing of Hutton report on the suicide ofthe British government weapons adviser.

   Greg Dyke, the director general of the British Broadcasting Corp., resigned on Thursday one day after senior judge Brian Hutton criticized heavily the BBC in his report.

   Dyke's resignation followed the step-down of the BBC chairman Gavyn Davies on late Wednesday over the Kelly affair.  Enditem
