BEIJING, Jan. 30 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao here Friday met with US Deputy Secretary of State Richard Lee Armitage.

    The two sides exchanged views on Sino-US relations and other issues of mutual interest.

    Chinese vice foreign ministers Dai Bingguo and Zhou Wenzhong also met with Armitage on separate occasions. The two sides held political consultations at vice foreign ministerial level on bilateral ties, the Taiwan issue, and the nuclear issue on the Korean peninsula. Enditem
