Rover Opportunity's wheels in their stowed configuration. As of 9:00 a.m.
January 28, 2004, the rover had deployed its wheels and completed the
first half of the stand-up process. This image was taken at Opportunity's
landing site, Meridiani Planum, by the hazard-identification
camera. |
