BBC director general resigns after Hutton verdict

  ¡¡LONDON, Jan. 29 (Xinhuanet) -- The director general of the British Broadcasting Corp. Greg Dyke resigned Thursday one day after senior judge Brian Hutton accused the broadcaster as he published his report on the inquiry into the events leading to the death of government weapons adviser David Kelly.

    Dyke's resignation follows the step-down of the BBC chairman Gavyn Davies on late Wednesday over the Kelly affair. Enditem
