KABUL, Jan. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- Two explosions blasted outside the British and German military camps in Kabul Wednesday, killing one and injuring several other foreigners, an official said.

    A British soldier was killed and several people were injured when the explosions rocked blasted on Wednesday morning, the deputy commander of the NATO-led International Security AssistanceForce (ISAF) told reporters.
