Blast kills one in railway station of Zhengzhou

    ZHENGZHOU, Jan. 23 (Xinhuanet) -- An explosion occurred Friday morning in the railway station of Zhengzhou, capital of central China's Henan Province, killing one and injuring four others.

    The explosion occurred at 6:01 a.m. on the first floor in the ticket-selling hall of the station. The injured have been sent to hospital and the order in the station resumed to normal by press time.

    The explosion is possibly a suicide bombing, police sources said.

    Seven people have been put under control, and further investigation is underway, the sources said.

    Zhengzhou City is an important traffic hub in central China. Enditem
