BANGKOK, Jan. 23 (Xinhuanet) -- Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra on Friday told reporters here that the kingdom's four suspected cases of bird flu are highly likely to be confirmed.

"It is very likely that we could have bird flu here, but I haven't seen the results yet," Thaksin told reporters.
