FM to visit four countries

    BEIJING, Jan. 2 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing will pay an official visit to Sudan, Comoros, Djibouti and Uganda, from Jan. 4 to 10, a ministry spokesman said here Friday.

    Spokesman Kong Quan said Li was invited by Mustafa Othman Ismail, Sudan's minister of external relations; Souefou Mohamed El-Amine, Coromos' minister of foreign affairs and cooperation; Ali Abdi Farah, Djibouti's minister of foreign affairs, international cooperation and relations with Parliament; and James Wapakhabulo, Uganda's second deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs.
