Bomb explosion at gas station in Pakistan city

    KARACHI, Dec. 3 (Xinhuanet) -- A bomb explosion ripped through a Shell gas station in the southern Pakistan city of Karachi on Wednesday, killing one person and injuring at least eight.

    Police and witnesses said a bomb exploded inside a building at the gas station, located in the south of the city. The building collapsed in the explosion.

    Karachi is Pakistan's largest city and its commercial center, and has suffered a string of bombings. Attacks have been blamed onterrorists or linked to business disputes. Enditem
