HANGZHOU, Nov. 27 (Xinhuanet) -- A warehouse fire killed 10 peoplein Yiwu City in east China's Zhejiang Province in the wee hours ofThursday.

    The fire occurred at a seven-story building in Zijin Street in Xialuozhai Village in Choucheng County.

¡¡¡¡The building belongs to Luo Chaofu, whose mother died in the disaster. The owner's family use only the third and fourth floors,while renting the other floors to businessmen making wall calendars or art works.

    Firemen and police rushed to the site and saved five women workers. But three of the workers tried to jump out of the windowsto save their lives, and one died while two others were injured.

    The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Enditem
