VIENNA, Nov. 10 (Xinhuanet) -- The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will release to member countries a report on Iran's nuclear program either Monday or Tuesday, a spokesman for the UN nuclear watchdog said on Monday.

The report, written by IAEA Director-General Mohamed ElBaradei, will come prior to an IAEA board of governors' meeting to discuss Iran's nuclear issue, which is scheduled for Nov. 20.

Only IAEA members will have access to the document, which will come out either Monday night or Tuesday morning, the spokesman said.

A senior Iranian official has told Russia that Iran is sending a letter to the IAEA on Monday to say it will sign the additional protocol to the IAEA guarantee agreement.

The country is also suspending uranium enrichment, Iranian Supreme National Security Council Secretary Hassan Rowhani said ata meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Enditem
