¡¡¡¡PHNOM PENH, Nov. 5 (Xinhuanet)-- Leaders of the three major parties of Cambodia began their first talks on Wednesday at a callby King Norodom Sihanouk, aiming to break the protracted politicaldeadlock since the July general election.
