Spain decides to pull out diplomatic staff from Iraq

    MADRID, Nov. 4 (Xinhuanet) -- Spain has decided to temporarily withdraw its diplomatic staff from Iraq, said Spanish Foreign Minister Ana Palacio Tuesday.

    Spain decided to take the move in view of the "complicated" situation in the Middle Eastern country, the minister said.

กกกก"In a very difficult moment we have pulled people out of Baghdad temporarily," the Spanish news agency Europa Press quoted Palacio as saying in Berlin. Four people remained at Spain's embassy in the Iraqi capital, she added.
