ĦĦĦĦBEIJING, Oct. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Ambassador to the United States Yang Jiechi will extend condolence to Madame Soong Mei-ling's death on behalf of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Zhang Qiyue here Tuesday.
