　　BANGKOK, Oct. 17 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao arrived here Friday afternoon at the start of a state visit to Thailand.

　　During his stay here, The Chinese president will also attend the 11th Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders Meeting here next week.
