action initiated by Drug control Bureau of United Nations on preventing illegal
use of chemical precursors used to make excitant like Benzedrine, according to
Management Regulations of Import-export of Goods, the Ministry of Commerce,
Ministry of Public Security and General Administration of Customs of the
People¡¯s Republic of China decided to control import-export license of Sassafras
oil (product identification serial number: 33012990.10) and dihydrosafrole.
(product identification serial number: 29329990.50) as of September 1, 2003.
