Chinese Premier returns after ASEAN meetings

  BEIJING, Oct. 8 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao returned Beijing Wednesday evening after attending summit meetings with leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) member countries, and leaders of Japan and the Republic of Korea (ROK).

  During his three-day tour to the Bali Island of Indonesia, Wen attended the seventh summit meeting of ASEAN, and China, Japan andthe ROK (10+3); the summit meeting of ASEAN and China (10+1); and the fifth summit meeting of China, Japan and the ROK.

  ASEAN groups Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Enditem
