¡¡¡¡UNITED NATIONS, Sept. 23 (Xinhuanet) -- U.S. President George saidhere Tuesday the United Nations can play an "expended role" in theprocess of post-war Iraq's rebuilding.

¡¡¡¡He told the general debate of the 58th General Assembly that the world body can help in forming constitutions, training civil staff and monitoring elections.
