SCO PMs begin small-group talks

    BEIJING, Sept. 23 (Xinhuanet) -- Prime ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekstan, began small-group talks here Tuesday morning.

  The talks are expected to last 45 minutes before they start formal talks.

  The current round of talks will focus on the building of the organization as well as regional economic cooperation. Enditem
