JAKARTA, Sept. 16 (Xinhua) -- The Indonesian Court of Appeal in Bali upheld the death sentence rendered on the key Bali bombing suspect Amrozi, Jakarta-based Metro TV reported Tuesday.

　　Amrozi is convicted of preparing explosives and a van used in the last October bombing that killed 202 people from 21 countries on the resort island of Bali.

　　The Denpasar District Court sentenced Amrozi to death on Aug. 7, making him the first among four key suspects to get a death conviction.

　　Amrozi, who said he was not afraid of capital punishment, let his lawyers appeal verdict. Enditem
