  The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) announced an anti-dumping investigation into imported MDI originating in Japan and Republic of Korea in its notice on September 20, 2002. In response to an appeal from some interested parties, Ministry of Commerce decided to hold a hearing on damage of anti-dumping MDI case to domestic industries according to the provisions of Hearing Regulations of Investigation on Damage to Industries .

  The interested parties applying to attend the hearing should fill in a registration form and submit it to the office of investigation on damage to industries of Ministry of Commerce in 15 days after the notice is issued. Every party can send two persons to attend the hearing.

  The interested parties applying to make a statement in the hearing should submit the written summary of the statement and related evidence material when they submit the registration form. Appointed language in the hearing is Chinese.

  Ministry of Commerce will decide which party can be allowed to attend the hearing and make statement according to the number of parties attending the hearing.

  The date, place and other related issues of the hearing will be notified later.

  The notice is also issued on www.mofcom.gov.cn. The registration form can be downloaded from the website. The name list of the interested parties approved by Ministry of Commerce to attend the hearing will be published on the website. Enditem (english.mofcom.gov.cn)
