It will, on a trial basis, release on the BOCOG official website meteorological information of Beijing and Qingdao from July 1 to September 30 this year. The information will include daily temperature, barometric pressure, humidity, wind direction, wind force, precipitation, sunshine time and radiation.

The Beijing Meteorological Bureau, upon the request of BOCOG, has set up five automatic weather stations (AWS) in the Olympic Green, the Shunyi Aquatic Park, Chaoyang Park, Xiannongtan Stadium and Wukesong to provide weather information for the Olympic Games. Enditem (beijing-olympic.org.cn)
