The Ministry of Foreign Trade and
Economic Cooperation (MOFTEC) announced on May 22, 2002 in its notice that China
would make an anti-dumping investigation into TDI (type: TDI80/20) imported from
the United States, Japan and the Republic of Korea. The product is listed under
No. 29291010 in the import tariffs of the General Administration of Chinese
Customs.
Since this case is special, the Ministry of Commerce decided
under Article 26 of the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People¨s Republic of
China that the investigation on this case will be prolonged for another 6 months
