¡¡¡¡GAZA, March 27 (Xinhuanet) -- The Israeli army carried out at pre-dawn on Thursday a large-scale searching campaign in many towns of the West Bank and arrested at least 13 Palestinians, an official Israeli security source reported.

¡¡¡¡The source said that the Palestinians were arrested during the searching campaign in Beit Fourik, Silet Al-Daher, Doura and Yamountowns, adding that they are said to be involved in military actions against Israeli targets.

¡¡¡¡Six other Palestinians were arrested in Aroub town near Nablus city and many explosives were found, the source added.

¡¡¡¡The Israeli army closed a number of associations of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) overnight Wednesday in Bani Neim town near Hebron for security reasons, an Israeli military officer said.

¡¡¡¡Meanwhile, Israeli security services reported that a 17-year-oldPalestinian was arrested few weeks ago on suspicion of planning a suicide-bombing attack in a Beit Hiled School in Jerusalem.

¡¡¡¡The source added the Palestinian is from Al-Khader town near Gosh Etzion Jewish settlement in the area of Bethlehem and has admitted the charges put against him during investigations. Enditem
