March, students at the Hebei University of Economics and Trade have been

now they stop first at the billboards to get news about the "Lianghui", a

a major means for them to get information about and pay attention to the

almost all campus websites.
Immediately after Premier Zhu Rongji delivered

students expressed on BBS their admiration for and satisfaction with the
