””””BEIJING, March 4 (Xinhuanet) -- China hopes Israel will withdraw its troops from Palestine-controlled areas as soon as possible, so as to create a favorable condition for an early resumption of peace talks.

””””In response to a question at a regular press conference Tuesday,Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan said Israeli armies have taken frequent military actions in the Palestine-controlled areas recently, destroyed local residential buildings, and injured or killed many civilians.
