AIR CHINA  

   Founded on July 1,1988, Air China is the largest air carrier in China in terms of traffic volume and company assets.

     Air China currently has a total of 69 airplanes, including 18 B747s, 7 B777s, 10 B767s and 26 B737s. The total number of seats is over 13,600. In its fleet of Boeing family, we have the most advanced, luxurious, and comfortable B747-400 aircraft and B747-200 freighters with the largest cargo capacity in the world.

     Air China now operates 114 routes, including 43 international routes and 71 domestic ones. Air China operates more than 1000 scheduled flights on weekly basis, serving 29 cities in 19 countries and most of the provincial capitals, major cities and tourist attractions in China. Air China has two branches in Tianjin and Inner Mongolia. It has 36 overseas representative offices and 12 domestic ones in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xiamen, Xi'an, Dalian, Qingdao, Harbin, Chengdu, Nanjing, Fuzhou and Kunming. All these things are a part of a well established network of passenger and cargo transport, while the hub of the network is Beijing.

CHINA SOUTHERN

    China Southern Airlines Company Limited (i.e., the Company) together with its subsidiaries (collectively, the Group) is the largest airline in The People`s Republic of China (i.e., China or the PRC).

””””As of mid-June 2002, the Group operated 323 routes, of which 263 were domestic, 39 were International and 21 were Hong Kong routes.

CHINA EASTERN AIRLINES   

    China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd, its subsidiaries and branches are located in East and Northern China with more than 40 sales offices all over the country. China Eastern also constructed the holding company of China Cargo Airlines with COSCO. It merged China General Aviation Company successfully and made the scale of the company larger. The scope of business includes 17 trades, such as commercial air transportation, general aviation, air catering, advertisement, import and export, air travelling, equipment manufacturing, real estate, jotel business, finance, and training, etc. The fleet includes more than 60 large and medium size airplanes, Airbus and Boeing mostly. It has formed a network centering in Shanghai radiating to the whole country and linking to Asia, Europe, America and Australia. China Eastern has all time made his efforts to provide super services to his passengers, which have been praised highly by domestic stands at the first place in the activities of upgrading the Chinese civil aviation transportation service quality.
