The Ministry of Communications of
the Peoples Republic of China (P.R.C.) announced on Jan.20, 2003 the "Detailed
Regulations for Implementation of the International Shipping Rules of P.R.C.",
which is formulated under the "International Shipping Rules of P.R.C." and will
take effect on Mar.l, 2003.
The Ministry of Communications and all
local authorities in charge of communications should supervise international
shipping activities and other activities related to international shipping
according to the "International Shipping Rules of P.R.C."and the "Detailed
Regulations for Implementation of the International Shipping Rules of P.R.C."
