¡¡¡¡ISLAMABAD, Jan. 13 (Xinhuanet) -- A Pakistani civilian was killed when Pakistani and Indian troops traded heavy fire on early Mondaymorning along the Line of Control (LoC) in the disputed Kashmir area.

¡¡¡¡According to a report of Pakistan's News Network International,a news agency, both sides exchanged artillery fire with mortar guns.

¡¡¡¡The report said it was Indian forces that "triggered the fire" and killed a Pakistani man when an artillery shell hit his house in the Keran sector, along the Line of Control.

¡¡¡¡It added that as retaliation, Pakistani troops also exchanged artillery and mortar fire, causing damage to some Indian bunkers. Enditem
