sound progress since the two countries forged diplomatic ties, as well as
expanded bilateral exchanges and cooperation.

””””China was grateful for the support from Eritrea on the issues of Taiwan and
human rights, said Chi.

long-term and stable partnership with African countries based on equality and

””””Chi said the Chinese armed forces attached importance to boosting a wide
range of exchanges and cooperation between the twocountries' armed forces.
””””Sebhat said the Eritrean armed forces were keen to further strengthen
exchanges with the Chinese side, in a bid to promote bilateral relations.
