¡¡¡¡TEHRAN, Dec. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- Iranian Minister of Information Ali Yunesi said on Sunday that Iran's nuclear activities are "transparent" and under the full supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

¡¡¡¡"There are no obscure points," Yunesi was quoted as saying by state media in reaction to US claim that the Islamic republic has secret nuclear facilities which could be used to produce weapons ofmass destruction.

¡¡¡¡"We don't have any hidden activities, but others are trying to depict that Iran's nuclear activities are out of the framework and supervision of the IAEA," he added.

¡¡¡¡Iran has already rejected US claims on secret nuclear activity following CNN report on Thursday, clarifying that its nuclear energy activities were for "peaceful objectives."

¡¡¡¡Washington has been claiming that Iran, with Russian assistance,may use its plant to develop nuclear arms in the southern province of Bushehr.

¡¡¡¡Iran, however, has repeatedly announced that its nuclear activities are for civilian purposes and it has opened the facilities to regular IAEA supervision. Enditem
