¡¡¡¡GAZA, Aug. 24 (Xinhuanet) -- The Israeli army bulldozers destroyed three Palestinian houses Saturday afternoon near the town of Deir El Ballah in the southern Gaza Strip, Palestinian residents and security sources said.

¡¡¡¡The demolition happened after Israeli army tanks, armored vehicles and infantry troops entered the Palestinian-controlled area of Deir El Ballah which is cross the street of the Jewish settlement of Kfar Darom.

¡¡¡¡The residents said during the Israeli army incursion into the area, Israeli troops fired intensive gunshots from heavy machine guns which were mounted on the top of tanks and armored vehicles.

¡¡¡¡The incursion and the demolition came one day after three Palestinian militants tried to infiltrate into Kfar Darom, according to the Israeli army allegations. Two of the militants were killed on Friday and one ran away.

¡¡¡¡Palestinian security officials and medical sources charged that the Israeli soldiers captured one of the two militants alive and then forced him to sit on his knees, and shot him dead in the head. ¡¡¡¡

¡¡¡¡The Palestinian attempt to infiltrate into the settlement and the Israeli demolition of the three houses followed the Israeli rejection of continued implementation of the Gaza-Bethlehem first pullout plan.

¡¡¡¡Israel's top security officers informed their Palestinian counterparts on Friday that there will be no additional Israeli army pullout from occupied Palestinian cities, unless the Palestinian security forces stop armed attacks. Enditem
