””””HANOI, Aug. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- The Nam Cam crime ring scandal in Vietnam continues to rock the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department, with another nine policemen expelled from the force last Monday, according to a report of Vietnam's News Agency on Wednesday.
