¡¡¡¡BEIJING, June 24 (Xinhuanet) -- The State Council, China's central government, has appointed principal officials of the second government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

¡¡¡¡The appointment was made last Friday in accordance with relevant stipulations of the HKSAR Basic Law and on the nomination and recommendation of HKSAR Chief Executive Tung Chee Hwa.
