¡¡¡¡BEIJING, January 30 (Xinhuanet)-- Fan Baojun, former vice-minister of civil affairs and a member of the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference was elected chairman of the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association (CCBA) Wednesday.
