BEIJING, March 16 (Xinhuanet) -- Zhao Hongzhu, member of the
Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central
Commission for Discipline Inspection  and his assistants left here
Saturday for India.
   Zhao, also and deputy head of the Organization Department of
the CPC Central Committee, will attend the 17th Congress of the
Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI (M)) the 18th Congress of
the Communist Party of India (CPI).
   On behalf of CPC, he will convey congratulation addresses to
the CPI (M) Congress and the CPI Congress which are scheduled to
be held from March 19-24 and March 26-31 respectively.
