””””Both countries have pledged to open bank branches on a reciprocal basis and
a new trade channel with the objective to enhance bilateral trade between the
two countries.
””””Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz and his Afghan counterpart would give final
touches to Pakistan's economic assistance for reconstruction and rehabilitation
in Afghanistan.
””””The other important issue is the opening of bank branches by the two
countries. Pakistani banks plan to open branches in Kabul,Jalalabad and Kandahar
