S.Lanka to Get 63,800 Tons of U.S. Wheat

””””COLOMBO, December 3 (Xinhuanet) -- The U.S. embassy in Colombo hasannounced that Sri Lanka will receive about 63,800 tons of wheat flour under an aid program for 2002, which represents about 7 percent of Sri Lanka's annual requirement.

””””A statement issued by the embassy which is available on Thursday said Sri Lanka is one of nine countries to receive commodities valued at a total of 94 million U.S. dollars under theprogram.
