MADRID, June 4 (Xinhuanet) -- Valencia coach Hector Cuper is to  take over at Inter Milan on a two-year contract worth 3.5 million  dollars a year, Spanish radio said Monday.
   The radio reports said that the deal was done late Sunday in a  village outside Milan. Cuper said on Friday that he was in talks  with Inter.
   Cuper took over at Valencia two years ago from Mallorca and  took the club to back-to-back European Champions Cup finals,  losing to Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.
   But his defensive style of play and poker-face failed to endear him to the Valencia fans and he looked certain to leave even  before the Bayern final.  Enditem
